Sweet Little Lies
I know what it’s like to be lied to. The stories I could tell. Lol. How many times does someone have to lie to you before you start to distrust them?
The term we used to use, back in the day, was “media bias”. And it played out before our eyes. In things we could prove with our own eyes. Causing us to ask, do “mine eyes deceive me?” And it continues to this day.
I could spend hours, every day, redirecting you to sources that question the mainstream narrative. To point out the parts left out. The other side of the story. The agenda. The “other” experts’ opinions.
But we tend to only believe what we already believe. Me included. That’s human nature.
But when you do catch on to being lied to. Just WOW! It doesn’t feel very good. And you never trust in the same way again.
The hope I see is moving beyond fear and beginning to trust oneself. The wisdom and truth beyond the physical presentation of the problem.
Peace is there.
